Long lived the Three Headed Monster!!

Just a little shout out to a couple buddies back home! We miss all of our fun times together and eating chocolate chip cookies, games and just plain old hanging out!

A couple of months back, Jill and Shauna sent me a Recipe Book called "Tried and True Recipes from The Three Headed Monster" that they had put together for each of us...It was seriously the coolest gift! It has all of our favorite recipes in it!! I love it! I am so lucky to have such great friends!

(This is our one and only picture that we had of all of us together and of course we are saying goodbye!)

You guys are the best!

(Of course I had to include the picture of the Giant Potty!!)

We miss you guys and love you! (not pictured on the giant potty are Joshua, Dylan and Tyler and of course Braedon (who happened to be "baking in the oven"))!

Evidently a girls only "potty"! Love you guys!!!

Welcome to Virginia!!

Here are some pictures of our FIRST REAL vacation!  We had a lot of fun and saw a lot of very beautiful places in Virginia!

First we visited Busch Gardens...thank you Uncle Sam!!  This is very fun place, very well kept and a whole lot of fun for everyone!!
We arrived at the park at 10 am and left at closing 9pm!

It was a long day and everyone slept like a rock that night!

We visited a Military Family beach in Chesapeake Bay on Fort Story!  We found crabs and Josh chased the seagulls and had fun burying people in the sand!
We scored and rented a trailer for 3 nights!  It was so fun!  The kids absolutely loved the experience.  We visited the Cape Henry Lighthouse and the kids got to go all the way to the top of the retired light house!
We rented a couple of paddle boats...which I remember riding in at Lagoon as a little kid once.  I remember it being so fun...that must be because I wasn't the one pedaling.  It was still fun but next time I think I'll take the canoe!!  I could not figure out how to steer that dumb thing for nothing...but Hailey stepped in and rescued me!  It gives me hope for when she starts driving! (you realize that is only 6 years away, right?)

Poor Little Guy!

What can I say...He is out numbered!  This morning this is what I was greeted with amongst a bunch of giggles and smiles!  He's a pretty good sport...Don't you think?

A Big Day at our House!!

I have to admit that I am a Sucker!  I gave in...but don't they look pretty?

We made it through...and tear free...I might add!  The girls who pierced their ears said that they were the first six year olds that they have ever had that DID NOT cry!  They are some tough girls!  But as you might know...they have had their share of being poked with their medical history!  What beautiful girls!!

(AL is on the top and AA is on the bottom of all of the pics)
